a) The supplying of the services again; or
b) The payment of the cost of having the services provided again.

3.3 In all circumstances CURRENCY CORPORATION's liability will not exceed the purchase price of the goods, or the price paid for any service supplied by CURRENCY CORPORATION.

8.4 While CURRENCY CORPORATION makes every effort to describe and display products accurately, the packaging of products may from time to time differ from that displayed on the website.

8.5 By acceptance of these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that delivery of all CURRENCY CORPORATION' products is undertaken by a third party, and CURRENCY CORPORATION accepts no liability for any delay in delivery, any failure to deliver or any damage to products caused by a third party in the process of delivering the product/s to you.

8.6 Despite clause 8.5 CURRENCY CORPORATION warrants that in the event of any prolonged delay in delivery, or any failure to deliver or any damage to products caused during delivery by a third party, that CURRENCY CORPORATION will, at its complete discretion, either:

a) Contact the third party on your behalf and make enquires; or
b) Provide you with the necessary details to allow you to contact the third party personally.

8.7 While CURRENCY CORPORATION will fulfil all its obligations under relevant law in regards to the return and exchange of products, all product warranties are provide by third party suppliers and not by CURRENCY CORPORATION. CURRENCY CORPORATION accepts no liability in relation to product warranties issued by third party suppliers, and does not make any representations that any product warranty will be fulfilled by CURRENCY CORPORATION or any third party supplier.

8.8 All prices displayed on the website are quoted in, and all transactions are conducted and settled in Australian Dollars.

8.9 By acceptance of these Terms and Conditions you warrant that you are over the age eighteen (18) and have the capacity to enter a legally binding contract

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severable from the balance of this Agreement and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

9.2 This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the New South Wales, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

9.3 You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales to determine any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
