• We constantly inspect and assess new materials. Recent examples include elusion stack stone and kiln dried timber floors.
• Specialist trades are required at most levels, including fit-outs, hand-cut stairs and glass works.
• All sites are specifically chosen for location and aspect. In fact they are GPS located and the appropriate technology is used to ensure ideal aspect. Attention to detail stretches to different grades of glass used to deal with solar heat, particularly on Western boundaries.

Properties are designed to be maintenance-free, with the emphasis on entertaining. Materials used are very durable and suited to use in coastal sites. Aluminium, polished stainless steel and corrosion inhibiting paint finishes feature strongly.

• The air-conditioning systems are designed for efficiency, with maximum airflow for minimal use of power.
• The security systems are second to none. With use of motion sensors allow for independently zoned control.
